I am unable to attend the event I'm scheduled for, how can I change my reservation?
Please remember that all changes to your reservation must be made more than 48 HOURS prior to the event. If you are still unable to attend you may offer your ticket to a friend to go in your place.

What is the cancellation policy?
To make changes to your reservation, we require you to let us know 48 hours in advance as noted in our Terms & Conditions. We are willing to work with you within these guidelines. Events take time and much planning, seats are limited, and our artists are compensated by our events.
Are there age requirements?
Most of our events are 21+ but since some of these are held at local restaurants, we do allow children 12 and older to attend with a parent or guardian. Also we host private events and can accommodate individual requests. Email us at email@example.com for more information.
